Social Media Questionnaire (Personal)

Together with Experton Group I developed a questionnaire that can measure the Social Media adoption and maturity level on a personal and company level. You can read the corresponding post here.

The questionnaire covers the following areas:

• Personal Readiness (first questionnaire)

• Empowerment
• Monitoring and Control

The maturity level on the usual scale 0–5 will be determined for each of the areas above. A summary maturity level for the personal as well as the company readiness will be calculated. The resulting spider diagram will show the areas with room for improvement.
